Our new Paleta Plus cart has softer lines, a cleaner look, and added features that improve upon our Paleta cart. The Paleta Plus comes with a bin that can be used for decorations, storage, or a trash bin. Additional features include an umbrella holder with a tightening screw, a menu holder to display your product list, and 7 cold plates with one dividing the cooler into two spaces.
The lid is large enough for easy loading but well-fitted and insulated to keep your product cold for 6-8 hrs.
Sturdy bicycle tires and a heavy-duty caster with a brake make it easy to maneuver. The tire clearance fits a convenient scooter transportation platform class II cars to easily transport the cart to different locations.
This cart is ideal for frozen goods as well as cold drinks. Use cold plates or ice to keep beverages refreshingly cold. A drain makes cleanup easy.

Freeze in -10°F to -15°F for 24-48 hours before the first use. Freeze 12 hrs in between uses. Allow cold air to run in between the cold plates for even freezing.
