Choose your ideal configuration whether you serve beverages, frozen goods, or hot food! The Solana comes equipped with a large center cooler, electric freezer, or dual-temp chest fridge/freezer depending on your use case. Additional equipment also available including a dipper well for ice cream, chocolate warmer and toppings tray for a dessert station, electric 1/2-pan steamers for hot food, and a side fridge for beverages and display.

- Made of fiberglass, lightweight, and easy to maneuver with gel coat color application that ensures colors will remain vibrant for years.
- 2 x Bicycle tires (mudguards optional) with 1 caster with lock OR 4 casters w/ lock for 33" width allowing easy access through standard doors.
- Dry storage with one or two lock doors - space will vary depending on the equipment placed in the cart.
- Various umbrella options OR removable hard top for cooler configuration.
